Now that tiling has been completed the final coat of paint will be applied to your doors, door frames, gutters, fascias, downpipes, meterbox and if applicable your gable and/or external render. All paint colours are in accordance with your Paint Selection Sheet completed at the Colour Selection Meeting. Items such as the final electrical fittings, taps and toilets are now installed and the hardstand to your garage or carport is now able to be poured. Preparations for the external paving can commence.
Please Note: Internal wall painting can be completed by the Owners once the house has been handed over.
