BEFORE WORKING DRAWINGS CAN COMMENCE, YOUR BLOCK MUST BE READY AND ACCESSIBLE FOR A SITE SURVEY TO BE COMPLETED
The term “Working drawings” refers to the building plans for your new home. From this point forward these will be the building plans forwarded to relevant authorities for approvals and referenced to complete your colour selection meeting.
Completion of your working drawings is a complex process as the building plans must be individually drawn taking into account local and national building codes and regulations, developers requirements, energy efficiency and engineering certification.
The working drawing process can take over 1 month while we also consider the site levels and determine your site works requirements. Over 100 hours has gone into your file and your file has passed over 20 desks.
IMPORTANT: After working drawings are issued and all electronic systems updated we will be unable to accommodate further changes without considerable costs. Changes to your working drawings will require a full reassessment of local and national building codes and regulations, developers requirements, energy efficiency and engineering certification.
