Scheduling

This is the final stage before we are able to start construction of your new home.

Your job will be assigned to a dedicated scheduler who will measure and calculate all the items required to build your home.

Each job is individually scheduled to suit all your personal choices.

Our scheduling team also support our site supervisors and supplier trades with any onsite enquiries that help with the process and construction of your home.

For this stage to be completed please allow 3-4 weeks for the following requirements to be completed.

  • Quotes sent and received to external suppliers
  • Quantities prepared
  • Orders entered
  • Senior scheduler provides a quality control check
  • Orders, addenda and plans electronically emailed to suppliers
  • Supervisor construction files prepared
  • Site Inspection Report Completed
  • Job given to site starts manager

Over 300 items go into ordering the material and labour for your home. Your construction file will now be forwarded to your site supervisor and orders electronically emailed to suppliers.
