Once the tiling is complete, measurements are taken for the mirrors and showers screens to your new home. These items are made to measure and therefore require a manufacturing period prior to installation.

When is my house going to be finished?
Your contract allows 12 – 18 months from the start of construction however it is within all our interests to be completed as soon as possible. From Lock Up stage to handover on average we would estimate anywhere from 10-12 weeks.
