Please submit your 4 month maintenance form via post to
LEVEL 2, 73 CHALLENGE BOULEVARD WANGARA, W.A 6065
or scan and email to [email protected] 2 WEEKS prior to the expiry date on your form.
Urgent matters
For all urgent matters including-
Water leaks, electrical, plumbing & gas- please contact the maintenance department immediately.
All other maintenance items can be listed on your 4 month maintenance form.
