At this stage we apply for your building permit by submitting your working drawings along with the relevant documentation to your local shire council.
If you have formal finance available at this stage please forward a copy to your housing consultant along with your settlement confirmation so we can continue to nurture your file through the administration process.
Each shire council has different criteria and you may be contacted after assessment if any items need to be addressed.
