At this stage of construction the new doors, shelving and cabinetry will be delivered and fitted. Please note there is a delay with stone benchtops. Plumbing fixtures including the bath, laundry trough and sink will also be installed.

When is my house going to be finished?
- Your contract allows 12 – 18 months from the start of construction however it is within all our interests to be completed as soon as possible. From Lock Up stage to handover on average we would estimate anywhere from 14 -18 weeks.
