Your colour selection meeting is the fun part where you turn your house into a home.
At this meeting you will confirm your external and internal colour selections and discuss your electrical requirements. You will be required to bring along your alinta gas and synergy reference numbers as well as your tile selection sheet and flooring and window treatments selections if included in your building contract.
At this stage changes to the external elevations, perimeter or windows will be not be permitted as all certifications have been received and applications lodged.
All colour selections and electrical changes will be completed on the day of this meeting.
IMPORTANT: Your Land Developer
Many land developers require submission of your working drawings and colour selections to ensure a minimum compliance in your suburb to protect your investment. All land developers requirements change between estates and it is the responsibility of you the land owner to comply with their criteria. Please refer to your land offer and acceptance for further clarification.
This stage will only be shown as complete once all documentation including variation etc are completed.
