New Home Lending and Building Approvals Momentum Continues in WA

New home lending in Western Australia continued its upward momentum in July 2013 according to ABS Housing Finance figures released this month. Interestingly, in July 2013 the number of loans for the
construction or purchase of new dwellings in WA was 31.2 per cent higher than in July last year.
